We’re Candi and Jimmy. After 33 years of raising our four daughters, the house got quiet, and we decided it was time to do things a little differently.

We turned our longtime family home into a furnished midterm rental. Now, the rental income helps support our next chapter as we explore Southern California, move between furnished stays, and experience new places at our own pace. When Jimmy retires in a few years, we plan to take our adventures around the world.
